Welcome to Free Cheese Prints! When you shop with us, you agree to the following terms. We keep things simple and straightforward, but if you have any questions, just reach out to us at hello@freecheeseprints.com

Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit cards and payment methods offered through Shopify. Orders are processed in the order they’re received, and we do our best to ship quickly.

Once your order is placed, it can’t be edited or canceled, so please double-check your cart before checking out.

Shipping

We ship from Amarillo, Texas. Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier. That said, if something goes wrong, email us and we’ll do what we can to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Because we make most of our items in small batches, all sales are final. That said, if something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

We do not accept returns for sizing issues, we list the brand manufacturer for every apparel item, so please check the size guide through the manufacturer's site before ordering. If you're unsure, feel free to message us before purchasing.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and product photos are the property of Free Cheese Prints. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

Fraudulent Orders

We utilize special tools within our Shopify website to determine fraud. If your order is suspected to be fraudulent it will be canceled without notification and your order info will be provided to Shopify Customer Service for proper recourse.
