Returns & Exchanges
Because we make most of our items in small batches, all sales are final. That said, if something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
We do not accept returns for sizing issues, we list the brand manufacturer for every apparel item, so please check the size guide through the manufacturer's site before ordering. If you're unsure, feel free to message us before purchasing.
If items are damaged in shipping, please contact us at hello@freecheeseprints.com and provide your order number, details, and image of the damage. No refunds will be made for items lost or damaged in the shipping process. We can replace the item while supplies last or offer a new item at equal or lesser value.
